Many GRE words are similar in spelling, making it extremely hard to distinguish them just by looking at their letters. Four words with nearly the same form will easily confuse my brain. But when I focus on their pronunciation first, everything becomes clear. Each word has a unique sound, and the differences in pronunciation are far more obvious than those in spelling.

By storing the sound of each word in my memory library, I can quickly match the pronunciation with its meaning when I see the word. This is the right logic of vocabulary learning: pronunciation comes first, then meaning and discrimination. Listening repeatedly does not waste time; on the contrary, it saves time and greatly improves efficiency.

This learning experience tells me that I should not blindly follow others’ opinions. Everyone has a suitable way of learning. For me, sound is the key to memorizing words efficiently. 接下来的一百天，我将把每一个清晨当作新的起点，把每一次落笔当作对未来的承诺。我会在单词本上刻下每一个可能改变命运的字母，在草稿纸上演算每一道通往更高处的阶梯，在深夜的灯光里，与那个不甘平庸的自己并肩作战。

我选择用这个博客，记录下这段淬火成钢的旅程。这里没有喧嚣的口号，只有最真实的思考、最扎实的积累和最坚定的前行。每一篇文字，都是我向卓越靠近的一步；每一次更新，都是我对自己的郑重回应。

百日为期，心无旁骛。我知道，真正的卓越，不是超越别人，而是超越那个曾经局限的自己。当百日之后，我再次站在那扇门前，我要带着更强大的内心、更扎实的实力，从容地叩响它。

因为我差2分，所以为了要上榜，我的名字要登上这个榜单。那就请我多努力一点点，咬着劲切进复旦，好不好?

今天，我们站在百日誓师的节点，不是为了被谁定义，而是为了夺回对自己人生的定义权。

我想和大家聊两件事：拒绝PUA，以及停止自我反刍。

一、拒绝一切形式的PUA

无论是来自他人的贬低、控制，还是用“差几分”“不够好”来绑架你的意志，本质上都是在试图夺走你的力量。

• 别人说你不行，那是他们的局限，不是你的边界。

• 过去的遗憾，是用来提醒我们“要更清醒地往前走”，而不是用来困住我们的枷锁。

• 真正的成长，从来不是在否定中蜷缩，而是在清醒中坚定：我知道自己要什么，我会用行动去拿，而不是用自我怀疑去耗。

从今天起，我们立下这条底线：谁试图PUA你，谁就是你的敌人；谁让你自我否定，谁就不配影响你。

二、停止自我反刍，把能量还给行动

“反刍”这个词，右边的“刍”，像极了我们反复咀嚼过去的痛苦、反复纠结“如果当初”的样子。

• 反刍不是反思，它是在消耗你本可以用来刷题、背单词、向前走的能量。

• 每一次在脑海里重演被控制、被贬低的场景，都是在给过去的伤害续费。

• 我们要做的，是把“反刍”的“刍”去掉，只留下“反”——反对内耗，反对自我拉扯，反对用过去定义未来。

从今天起，当你发现自己又在反复想那些让你痛苦的事时，就对自己说：

“这是反刍，我要停下来。我还有题要刷，还有单词要背，还有复旦要考。”

最后，我想对每一个人说： 你很聪明，你值得更好的未来，你完全有能力靠自己的双手，把“差2分”的遗憾，变成“稳进复旦”的底气。

百日之后，我们要做的，不是证明给谁看，而是用一张录取通知书，告诉自己：我终于挣脱了所有束缚，活成了自己想要的样子。
